BACKED RABBIT WINE
  Ingredients/Cooking Picture of Course
1 rabbit, 2 onions, 4 carrots, 3 potatoes, 2 celery leaves, rosemary and thyme, 1/4 of white wine, salt, pepper and oil. 1 chilli.
Chop the rabbit, smear it with oil and brown in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 min. Remove and add to source fine chopped onions, sliced carrots, chopped celery, sliced potatoes, rosemary, thyme, chili, pepper and salt. Watering everything with a drizzle of olive oil and reintroduce in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 min. approx. Drizzle with wine and cook in the oven for another 30 min.
